DEGRENNE's EVENTO trays correspond to GastroNorm formats so as to be compatible with our refrigerated modules and wire stands in particular. Melamine is not suited to preparing hot food (no microwave use). It is intended for presenting food, not cutting it; however, the textured surface of DEGRENNE trays helps soften any marks left by knocks on this scratch-sensitive material. The material is guaranteed dishwasher safe.
